Even though there was no DNA evidence this time, the prosecutor had an eyewitness and that was enough to convince an all white jury made up of 9 women and 3 men. I thought that O.J. would have learned from his last trial that he needs to kill any witnesses because they just cannot convict him on DNA evidence alone, which happens to be 99% accurate.
